If for any reason you wish to return your order, we will gladly extend our generous exchange guarantee and your product must be received by us within 15 days.
1. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please email us at email@example.com. Upon receipt of your request, we will e-mail you an approved return confirmation number along with return instructions and a return address.
2. No returns on Custom Ordered Designs. This includes existing designs that have been changed.
1) All exchanges must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and the customers will be responsible for all the costs and loss (shipment fees, etc.)
2) The exchange procedure (including placing the exchange request and sending back items) needs to be completed within 15 days from the date your product left Glam Shirts.
3) All exchanged items will be examined once they have been received. Any unqualified exchange item(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
4) We will replace the new product for you if any damaged/ incorrect items are received; however, please leave the product in its original packaging.
5) All exchanges are for merchandise only. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
6) The purchaser will be responsible for the shipping fee if the shipment has been refused, or the purchaser has given us a wrong address. To avoid unnecessary loss of time and money, please provide us with your correct order information.
