- All designs will be placed in the center of the front of the shirt unless otherwise specified in comments section.
- A Customer Service Rep will contact you to finalize your order & verify that  ALL information is correct.

- A proof of the design can be emailed to you for your final approval, if you request one, at no charge.

- Proofs are $25 each if you request one BEFORE purchase.  Once you purchase the design, your $25 will be refunded. A proof is a jpeg picture of the design.

- Allow 2-3 weeks for set up, completion and shipment of your design.    

- If you need it sooner - please specify in comment section when purchasing.

- Extra charges will apply for RUSH orders and RUSH deliveries.  

- Please make sure you order the correct shirt size - a CS rep can assist you with the measurements. 

-Indemnity Clause: Buyer guarantees they have legal rights to use all marks, logos, words, symbols, designs or art as their submitted artwork. Buyer assumes responsibility for the design and sole responsibility of Glam Shirts is to manufacture the product according to the design and specifications approved by the buyer. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Glam Shirts and its agents, officers, representatives and employees harmless for all damages as well as attorney's fees spent with regard to any and all legal actions which result from the production of any artwork submitted by said buyer, including from and against any and all claims, demands, suits or causes of action for infringement of patent, copyright, and trademark.
